My dearest Children,
I never forget you. I love you, and one who loves cannot forget those dear to Him, so close to His Heart. My Love for each of you who are reading Me is intense, and because I love you so much, I need each one of you—with your personality and your qualities—but I turn away from your faults, asking each of you to try to correct them. Take the list of the so-called deadly sins, for they are the source of all your faults: pride, greed, envy, anger, impurity, gluttony, and sloth; and after identifying the one or ones that affect you most, commit yourselves to eradicating them.
In Heaven, there is no sin, nor in Paradise; but in this exalted place, one must train oneself to practice all the virtues at every opportunity, even the smallest. On earth, I practiced them all at every opportunity: I was never stressed because the virtue of patience counteracted it; I was never impatient for the same reason. I was never irritated because anger had no hold over Me and because the virtue of patience prevailed; when I was tired but My obligations did not allow Me to rest, I continued My duty of state or My duty of kindness toward those who approached Me. Some of them were worn out by their work, others were poor, and still others were disabled; all had sincere reasons for turning to Me, and the more well-known I became, the more I was sought out. I could not afford to disappoint them; My time, too, was limited because My Sacrifice lay at the end of My journey, and that time—very short, just two years and a few months—must not be wasted.
I was everything to everyone, and you too, My children, be everything to everyone as much as you can. Your generosity will cultivate your integrity, your natural qualities, and those you will bring forth within yourselves—the gentleness of your relationships with others, understanding, forbearance, and often forgiveness as well. I granted My forgiveness to a very great number of sinners, and all of them were grateful to Me. They had no idea that I was God, but in their eyes, I was a great prophet, an envoy of God—and to them, it was all the same. In their eyes, the Anointed One of God was already a very special messenger—in which they were right—and I could not fail to show charity toward all of them, which I could not have done anyway, since God is the very essence of all charity and all goodness.
My Children, you are truly My children, and as such, you must take after Me, be in My likeness, and set yourselves apart from those among you who do not know Me. You must possess all qualities, all virtues, and no faults; but if you have any, you must eradicate them or work to eradicate them, for you cannot enter My Divine Abode while still tainted or unpurified.
What is purity? There are two kinds of purity: that of the soul and that of the body. Degradation is the opposite of purity; the degradation of the soul leads it toward divine condemnation, demonic possession, and ultimately eternal damnation. Since the body is the soul’s instrument, anything that debases the body also debases the soul; yet a debased body will know only decay—it will not be resurrected. The purity of the body—which is, in a sense, the image of the soul—will elevate the soul, and a sinless soul, strengthened by virtue, will receive the divine reward, the eternal reward that God grants to His own: the resurrection and entry into the divine dwelling, Heaven.
You have a clear example of this before your eyes: during My recent visit to France, in the person of My Vicar, you came to meet Me; you prayed; you behaved well; but immediately afterward, the devil took control of the demonstrations: the children of men and rioters burned down schools, smashed things, and destroyed property.
Such is the glaring difference between good and evil, virtues and vices, Heaven and hell. On one side, peace, harmony, and joy; on the other, fights, blows, anger, and vandalism.
My Children, be on the right side—the side of peace, the peace that I give, the peace that I have promised, and which is not of this world; it is inner peace when you are the temple of the Holy Spirit, as I was, as My apostles and My disciples were—all devoted to spreading My teaching, to understanding My Holy Sacrifice and My Word, and to evangelizing the world.
And now, I turn to you, My dearly beloved, and press you close to My Heart. To one’s own children, one says things one does not say to strangers; one even sometimes shares confidences that one had planned not to reveal: My children, be on your guard; do not rejoice over the upcoming elections in France, for the one who is coming will not behave as you hope. You will think you are voting in good conscience, but you will be mistaken, for no one except God is truly sincere. You will make the wrong choice because you will think the person you choose deserves to be chosen, but God sees hearts and souls, and your choice will truly not be the right one.
Thus, the downward spiral will continue, because “the one who is to come” is not yet on his way. He will come—it is foretold—but he will come only in God’s time, and that time will not be decided by men; it will be decided by Me.
This is how a father acts: he sometimes lets his children get themselves into trouble so that they will turn to him, call out to him for help, ask him for forgiveness, and trust him to set things right. This is how I will act; I will let the debacle run its course, and when people—My brothers—find themselves without a solution, they will eventually turn to Me, and I will answer them: “Yes, My children, I have been waiting for this moment; without Me you can do nothing, but with Me nothing is impossible. Behold, I am coming, and I will comfort you!”
Pray, My children, pray; ask Me to help you, and let this request be made publicly, for France and all the countries that were once Christian must turn to Me; without Me, they will be able to do nothing.
Come, come; I am yours, you are Mine, and it cannot be otherwise. I bless you all, in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit †. So be it.
Your Father, your Brother, Your Beloved
