Friday, January 3, 2014: (Holy Name of Jesus)

Jesus said: “My people, this vision of a door opening in a church, is a sign of fresh spiritual air coming into various parts of My Church. You have a new year, and some new spiritual leaders that could bring about some needed changes. Pray for your Pope, your bishops, and your priests to inspire them with courage to speak out in My Holy Name. You are celebrating your feast day for your parish, and you should keep praying that your church can stay open, even if you need to be clustered with another parish. Today, you are suffering from the cold, as there are many Catholics who are not coming to Sunday Mass because of their cold hearts. You need a revival in your churches to wake the people up to their spiritual obligations in following My Commandments. Pray for the lukewarm that they can be predisposed to My love and a desire to come back to church and My sacraments.”

Jesus said: “My people, many times you become distracted with your personal desires for material things and comforts. This is why you need to be faithful to your daily prayers, so you can remember to give Me some of your time each day. If you were truly close to Me, you would let Me lead you in everything that you do. You give Me your will in some things, but not everything. If you want to improve your spiritual life this year, you could start by letting Me take over more of your life in your daily activities. You will find that it is a joy to do the things that I want you to carry out. Sometimes I ask you to do things that may be out of your comfort zone, but this is how you grow in your faith in Me. Try to give Me more of your life, and you will see how much more you can accomplish for Me, and the souls that you help.”
