"Bless you daily, My children, and before every meal. Amen."

My child. There you are. Please write, beloved daughter, and hear what I, your Holy Marina, want to say to the children of the earth today: Pray and bless before you eat and drink, for polluted is your earth by those who do not love you, pay homage to evil and poison your rivers, seas, springs, your sky, your air and your earth (fields, forests and meadows).

Pray, then, and bless your food and drink, for what is blessed will be given to you, and the poison of the devil's elite group WILL NOT DAMAGE YOU!

Pray, beloved children, and bless also yourselves and your little ones, for you and they are daily exposed to these poisons, and good to him who prays and blesses in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, inviting Jesus to himself and sharing, for it will be well with him.

So pray and bless yourselves and your edibles, your drinking water and your gardens, your crops and your day. The blessing of the Lord is mighty, and good to him who is under the protection of the Heavenly Father. Amen.
